Collective Teak Products:

I bought two of the same product, but they look different. What gives?

Our products are all hand crafted and individually made by skilled artisans. We think it's cool that no two items are exactly alike. Let your home + life decor be as unique as you.

Can I ask for a certain feature for a product?

The short answer is: Not Really. You will just have to take a chance. Isn't that what life's all about? However if you are really hard pressed for obtaining certain features, please email us at info@collectaiveteak.com and we will try our best to help you.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 Contiguous US States (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY).

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere internationally?

As of right now, we do not. Hopefully, we will be able to do so in the future.

What shipping service do you use?

We ship using USPS

Do you offer order pick up?

Yes we do! If you are near Pomona, California (Zip Code: 91766) or if you want to meet us at the various art markets we attend (please check footer for locations and dates), we may offer order pick up. Please email us at info@collectiveteak.com for more information.

 

My Order:

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been fulfilled (or processed), you will get an email letting you know your order is on the way (Note: this is different than your Order Confirmation). Use the link in your email to go to your order page where you will find your tracking number. You can also access your order page by clicking on the tiny person on the top right corner of our site, signing in, and clicking on the desired order.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping time. Feel free to contact us at info@collectiveteak.com if you have any questions. We would love to assist you.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been fulfilled?

Once your order has been fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel your order. However if your order is unfulfilled(hasn't been processed), please email us at info@collectiveteak.com to see what we can do for you.

 

Return Policy:

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with our products, please email us at info@collectiveteak.com with your order number, account email, and which product you want to return. We will then work with you to create a solution. Returns must be undamaged and are accepted within 30 days of your order delivery date.

When will I get my refund?

After the item arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. Once your refund has been initiated by us, your credit card company may take additional time to process.

How can I do an exchange?

Similar to returns, please email us at info@collectiveteak.com with your order number, account email, and which product you want to exchange. We will work with you to create a solution. Exchanges must be undamaged and are accepted within 30 days of your order delivery date.

 

Product Care:

What is the best way to care for these products?

We recommend that you dust products and clean with just a damp cloth or microfiber towel. Avoid harsh chemicals or unruly oils that may stain the product.

Where should I NOT put these products?

As a general rule of thumb, avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat. Even though our products are quality made; overtime, these conditions may deteriorate the product.

 

About the company:

Is Collective Teak just another front for the various big home decor companies?

Nope. We are pretty much your local mom & pop shop, but just online! Shopping with us let's us give back to our community and not just into some fat cat's deep pockets (no offense to literal cats).
